Kumo

Quyền riêng tư

Kumo là phần mềm chạy trên server của bạn. Kumo chỉ gửi thống kê khi bạn đồng ý: câu hỏi xuất hiện lúc cài đặt và có thể đổi bất cứ lúc nào. Cài tự động (không tương tác) thì mặc định tắt.

Dữ liệu được gửi

  • Một mã cài đặt ngẫu nhiên (UUID tạo trên server của bạn, không liên quan tới phần cứng hay tên máy).
  • Phiên bản Kumo, hệ điều hành và phiên bản, kiến trúc CPU, ngôn ngữ giao diện.
  • Phiên bản PHP và MariaDB, dung lượng RAM theo nhóm (1G, 2G, 4G...), số nhân CPU, số website.
  • Tính năng đang bật (vd: bộ nhớ đệm, SSL, sao lưu, Telegram), chỉ là tên tính năng.
  • Khi có lỗi: số bước cài đặt, tên lệnh bị lỗi (không có tham số), mã lỗi (vd db.start_failed), mã thoát.
  • Mỗi tuần một lần: số lỗi/cảnh báo của kumo doctor và tên các mục cảnh báo (vd disk).

Không bao giờ gửi

  • Địa chỉ IP (máy chủ nhận dữ liệu không lưu IP, chỉ lưu mã quốc gia 2 chữ nếu có, do Cloudflare suy ra khi trang đi qua proxy Cloudflare).
  • Domain, tên máy, email, tên người dùng, mật khẩu, token.
  • Nội dung file, log, cơ sở dữ liệu, cấu hình website.

Xem, tắt và xóa

Khi tắt, Kumo gửi một yêu cầu xóa: máy chủ xóa mọi bản ghi gắn với mã cài đặt đó, và Kumo quên mã này.

Lưu trữ

Dữ liệu lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu MariaDB trên máy chủ riêng của dự án Kumo (máy chủ phục vụ kumovps.xyz), tự xóa sau 180 ngày. Nginx không ghi log truy cập cho địa chỉ nhận thống kê, nên IP của server gửi đến không được lưu lại ở đâu cả. Chỉ người phát triển Kumo xem được, và chỉ ở dạng tổng hợp (số lượng theo phiên bản, hệ điều hành, lỗi thường gặp) để sửa lỗi và quyết định nên hỗ trợ gì tiếp theo. Dữ liệu không được bán hay chia sẻ.

Trang web

Trang kumovps.xyz không dùng cookie, không có mã theo dõi hay quảng cáo. Ngôn ngữ bạn chọn chỉ lưu trong trình duyệt của bạn.

Link giới thiệu

Mục "Chọn VPS" trong trang hướng dẫn có link giới thiệu (affiliate): nếu bạn mua qua link, Kumo có thể nhận hoa hồng mà bạn không phải trả thêm. Nhà cung cấp có chính sách quyền riêng tư riêng của họ.

Privacy

Kumo is software that runs on your server. It only sends statistics if you agree: you are asked during installation and can change it at any time. Unattended installs default to off.

What is sent

  • A random install ID (a UUID generated on your server, unrelated to the hardware or hostname).
  • Kumo version, OS and version, CPU architecture, interface language.
  • PHP and MariaDB versions, RAM size bucket (1G, 2G, 4G...), CPU count, number of websites.
  • Which features are on (e.g. page cache, SSL, backups, Telegram), as feature names only.
  • On errors: the install step number, the name of the failing command (no arguments), the error key (e.g. db.start_failed), the exit code.
  • Once a week: the number of kumo doctor problems/warnings and the names of the checks (e.g. disk).

Never sent

  • IP addresses (the receiving server does not store IPs, only the 2-letter country code when available, derived by Cloudflare if the site is behind its proxy).
  • Domains, hostnames, emails, user names, passwords, tokens.
  • File contents, logs, databases, website configuration.

See, turn off and delete

When you turn it off, Kumo sends a deletion request: the server deletes every record for that install ID, and Kumo forgets the ID.

Storage

Data is stored in a MariaDB database on the Kumo project's own server (the one serving kumovps.xyz) and deleted automatically after 180 days. Nginx keeps no access log for the statistics address, so the IPs of sending servers are not recorded anywhere. Only the Kumo maintainer can see it, and only as aggregates (counts by version, OS, common errors) used to fix bugs and decide what to support next. It is never sold or shared.

kumovps.xyz uses no cookies, trackers or ads. Your language choice is stored only in your browser.

プライバシー

送信されるデータ

  • エラー時: インストールのステップ番号、失敗したコマンドの名前（引数なし）、エラーキー（例: db.start_failed）、終了コード。
  • 週 1 回: kumo doctor の問題・警告の件数とチェック項目名（例: disk）。

送信しないもの

  • IP アドレス（受信サーバーは IP を保存しません。サイトが Cloudflare のプロキシ経由の場合に Cloudflare が判定した 2 文字の国コードのみ保存）。
  • ドメイン、ホスト名、メール、ユーザー名、パスワード、トークン。
  • ファイルの内容、ログ、データベース、サイトの設定。

確認・無効化・削除

無効にすると Kumo は削除リクエストを送信し、サーバーはそのインストール ID のすべての記録を削除します。Kumo も ID を破棄します。

保存

データは Kumo プロジェクト自身のサーバー（kumovps.xyz を配信するサーバー）上の MariaDB データベースに保存され、180 日後に自動削除されます。統計の受信アドレスについて Nginx はアクセスログを記録しないため、送信元サーバーの IP はどこにも残りません。閲覧できるのは Kumo の開発者のみで、バグ修正や今後の対応方針の判断に使う集計（バージョン別・OS 別の件数、よくあるエラー）としてのみ利用します。販売・共有は一切しません。

このウェブサイト

kumovps.xyz は Cookie、トラッカー、広告を使用しません。選択した言語はお使いのブラウザにのみ保存されます。
